Scholarship applications will be reviewed by the ABICE Advisory Committee and awarded on a competitive basis. The number of awards will depend on the number of scholarships that are available and may vary. The scholarship amount is limited to paying the registration fee for the ABICE training session and does not include travel or any other costs incurred by the participant. No payment is to be made directly to the participant. To be eligible you must be a resident of Arkansas and be at least 18 years of age.
