Benefit from the wisdom of experienced grant writers, reviewers and managers who will share best practices and common pitfalls to avoid. Learn from real-life examples from victim services professionals. 

Panelists will answer questions such as:

  • What advice do you have for someone writing a grant for the first time?
  • What do reviewers look for when evaluating a proposal?
  • What advice do you have for organizations when it comes to budgeting? 
  • What are some budget items that might be overlooked?
  • What challenges have you faced in managing grant funded projects?
  • What are the common pitfalls in proposal writing and grant management?
