Effective Communication with People Who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing and DeafBlind

Effective Communication (with people who have communication disabilities) is a requirement of the Americans with Disabilities Act. If your organization serves the public, Effective Communication applies to your organization. This presentation will provide step-by step guidance about Effective Communication as it applies to people who are Deaf. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage with the presenters during the session. American Sign Language Interpreting and Typewell services will be provided.
