Participants will not only have a comprehensive understanding of VINELink but also feel empowered to use this valuable tool to enhance the safety of those they serve.

About the presenter: In 2004, Kristian began working with Arkansas Crime Information Center, starting as an Administrative Specialist in Criminal History Division. Kristian’s job duties included entering fingerprint cards, dispositions, sentencing orders and more. She then began encountering the public, assisting with their criminal history and additional information as needed. She later started training new employees and teaching criminal history in various departments in Arkansas. In 2018, Kristian received a promotion to the Operation Division as Vine/Justice Intelligence Coordinator. This promotion led to Kristian becoming more involved with creating relationships with criminal justice agencies and the public. She assists individuals with VINE information. She coordinates and teaches about available information for Justice Exchange. Kristian’s position is also half of the ACIC’s training staff that assist law enforcement agencies throughout the state.  Helping individuals inside and outside of the agency has become her passion.
