Partners for Inclusive Communities is offering the following upcoming training.

How to be an Ally

  • March 2, 2022 from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM Central
  • March 3, 2022 from 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM Central

The sessions are offered via Zoom. They are free but registration is required.

This training is a start to understanding the best way to support people with disabilities as an ally. This training is to recognize that people with disabilities have the same rights as everyone else. Participants will gain some tools for how to be an Ally.

The March 2nd timeframe is designed for Direct Support Professionals serving people with disabilities and advocates but is open to anyone who wants to attend.
